Kenny has recently completed a stone built barn conversion for me close to Hillsborough.

 

Having renovated a few houses myself I was a bit apprehensive about a full build. Kenny liased with all the relevant bodies such as building control to make it all a seamless and enjoyable experience. The standard of work by his own team and his subcontractors was always of a very high standard. I will certainly be using him again.

Kenny and the men at East Down Building did a fantastic job on our attic conversion. Our house is an old c.1930’s semi with a hipped roof and it really was not an easy job – particularly in the snow, wind and rain. The end result is perfect – we now have a really good sized bedroom and ensuite finished to a very high standard whilst still retaining a lot of attic storage. Kenny was able to come up with very good ideas and solutions throughout the process and to manipulate the plans that we had to get the best use out of the space. Kenny and his team were extremely reliable, considerate, clean and tidy and trust worthy. We were total novices at building/renovating and it meant a lot to us to be kept informed as we went along – the boys were great at this and we found it very reassuring.
